B2B Sales Leads

I have just signed up a new client with my small seo agency and they need some industry-specific b2b email lists. I am thinking of using https://wowitloveithaveit.com for these lists as they are segmented by micro niches. I don\'t want to get a massive list as that will result in a lot of non-relevant contact details. What do you think about them? Much obliged ;)
